Hi Harbor to the Bay Family!
So as of today, we are at: 223 Riders, 95 Crew Members, and over $104K raised.

THIS is absolutely INCREDIBLE and a HUGE THANK YOU for all the HARD work you all have been doing to make the 2023 ride a success. For this week it is all about the MONEY and training. We are just over 5 weeks away from the ride and still have PLENTY of time to train and get your fundraising letters done and out. Rider registration closes on 9/4, so sign up before you are too late!

Fundraising Help
As if the great feeling you get is not enough: we also have a couple of incentives to motivate you to reach higher. Simply raise fundraising incentives$2500. to get a limited edition “Ride For” Tee and at $5000, you will receive a $50 gift voucher towards our HTB Commemorative 21-year picture book to be completed in 2024.

  • Write a heartfelt letter – we have samples!
  • Host a house party (ask us for a speaker)
  • Email Jim@clubcafe.com about hosting an event/cocktail party at Club Cafe.
  • Post on social media when out training

Cyber-Friday
cyber friday adIn the lead-up to the final ride, Harbor to the Bay will also host a special one-day fundraising event, “Cyber Friday,” set to take place on August 25, 2023. This digital initiative aims to rally supporters to raise $21,000 in a single day. This year, we are paying tribute to the memories of Wayne Fette and Tim Stein, long-standing supporters of Harbor to the Bay.

So help us reach our goal of raising $21,000 on 8/25 and we will receive a donation of another $21,000 to the General Fund to be split amongst all of our amazing Beneficiaries.

If you are a first time rider, Positive Peddler, or simply having a hard time identifying individuals to support your efforts Harbor to the Bay has 2 different Scholarship programs for which you may qualify.

Another fun way to help our riders and Crew members raise money towards their fundraising goal is to get a team together and

come play Bingo at Club Café. Hosted by Mizery and The Boston Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence this is always a FUN night to come out, win some great prizes and make some money toward YOUR fundraising goal. 100% or the money raised this night will be divided up amongst our 2023 participants who are in attendance on Monday September 11, 2023.

We will have TV’s, A Grey Goose Bicycle, Liquor baskets and many more incredible prizes. Reservations for 9/11 are REQUIRED.

Ride Agenda & Brunch RSVPs
Check the schedule of events for the Ride Weekend. We are now taking RSVPs for Brunch at Tin Pan Alley on 9/24– you MUST be signed into the site to access the page. Seatings are for 45 minutes starting at 8:45 AM. Details are on the page.
