The app HotelTonight may have discounted rooms.

The Blue Sea Motor Inn (technically North Truro, 0.75 miles away from the Harbor Hotel) may have one-night stays available.

There are also a few places available for one-night stays on the 23rd at airbnb.com Expedia, and vrbo.com but these are typically for large houses, but may be appropriate for large groups.
