An AIDS Benefit Bike Ride

Hi Everybody,

I’ve been on the Support and Gear (SAG) Crew for Harbor to the Bay (H2B) since 2014. Ride Day I'll be crewing the route between Boston and Provincetown, keeping the riders safe on the road, and both riders and crew safe on ride day, so we all have an enjoyable ride!

I crew H2B because I remember the dark days of the 80's and 90's when there were no treatments and HIV was a death sentence.  I am lucky that I only lost one friend to HIV related illnesses, though I know many who are HIV positive.  I support the riders in their quest so that together we raise enough money to care for those who are positive, educate those who are not and help them avoid conversion, and research the disease so that one day we not only have treatments, but have a cure.

Harbor to the Bay is a 100% volunteer organization, and 100% of the money raised by riders and crew goes to the supported organizations.
