Dearest friends and family,

Harbor to the Bay announced that they are working on putting together the last and GREATEST Boston to Provincetown AIDS Benefit Bike Ride on Saturday, September 23, 2023.

Although this will be the last Harbor to the Bay bike Ride - it will NOT be the last bike ride in Boston to Raise money for HIV/AIDS. It is NOT the END, as the work towards a cure is ongoing and our fundraising events will continue, “Until A Cure”!

I've had another world wind year in 2023.  I married my love, my partner Ricky Beshara on July 7, 2023.  The condo renovations were completed in May and Ricky's daughter, boyfriend Bruce, Drew and Brady moved in.  They plan to buy the unit come September.

And to top things off, my nephews Michael  and James who live in California and Utah respectively, are flying East to join me in the HTTB fundraiser bike ride. I'm truly blessed to be surrounded by the  love of family!  I've been training and plan to ride the entire 125 miles with my nephews.

This is ride 21 and  because of you, I have personally raised more than $46,800 and overall Harbor to the Bay has raised more than 7.5 MILLION dollars.  My goal this year is to raise $1,500.

 I say this every year, but I have to say it again, it is YOUR support that helps me power through the important work of riding while trying to find just the right words to ask for your support year after year.

I know HIV has changed a lot over the past 20 years but unfortunately there is still an issue of access to needed medications and prophylactics and that is part of why I still ride, the other being to honor the memories of all those we have lost.

I invite you to make a difference in the lives of those living with HIV/AIDS. You can play a part in the effort to eradicate this disease.
