He also volunteers on the Board of Directors for North Shore Pride while planning other social events throughout the year to promote LGBTQ equality in his hometown area of Salem. In his spare time Jarrett enjoys spending the day outdoors at the beach or getting lost on long hikes through the woods. He loves to soak in live music at a concert, get his hands dirty with creative projects and wants to see as much of the world as he can, and hopes to meet Mr. Right to enjoy all those things with.
ROBERT RILEY

My name is Robert Riley, I am 32 and am a jewelry maker. I am hardworking, funny, outgoing, creative, spontaneous, and also love to try new things! I love someone who is funny, outgoing and up for trying new things as well! For fun, i love to sing, play guitar, camp, hike, swim and kayak and am planning a mining trip for next spring for my jewelry business as well.
SANDY HO

Sandy Ho is a driven social justice activist who can turn your wildest visions into a reality. Her work in community organizing has led her to working with first-generation college students to empowering disabled young women.
This rabble rouser was honored as a 2015 Champion of Change by the Obama White House, and in her spare time she organizes the Disability & Intersectionality Summit, and was most recently published in Bitch Media.
A passionate idealist who is proud of being a fun-sized Ho born and bred, Sandy moves through life like she always has access to the Reserved Seating Section. The question remains: will you be the one to catch a fly ball for her at the next Red Sox game?
NOAH TOLEDO

A child of Mexican immigrants, Noah was born and raised in Houston, TX, and received a bachelor’s degree in English from Rice University. He has taught high school English, coached youth soccer, and was an adult ESL instructor for the Association for the Advancement of Mexican Americans (AAMA) at Houston Community College.
Noah moved to Boston in 2014, and recently earned a master’s degree in Literature and Creative Writing at Harvard, where he served as a Senior Editor for the Harvard Journal of Hispanic Policy. He is now a local activist for Latinx/POC and Queer/Trans causes. He speaks at high schools and colleges on the transgender experience, has been featured in online documentaries, spoken on local radio, and has his own YouTube channel documenting his medical transition.
Noah also moonlights as a musician, and has performed at Austin’s SXSW, Las Vegas Pride, and has recorded with various artists. Noah is currently seeking publication for his first short story collection inspired by postcolonial U.S. Latinx fiction. His heroes are his mom and dad, and his best friend is his brother who has autism. He lives in Jamaica Plain.
TINA ROSE

Tina Rose is the self-appointed Minister of Outrageous Openness. At Arlington Street Church and loads of LGBTQ events, she meets new people and makes them feel welcome.
This will be Tina’s sixth H2B and she’s the co-captain of the Fenway Health team this year. On the bike she’s known for her thunder thighs, constant good cheer, and ever-present smiles and laughs.
Going on a date with Tina promises to be a great time!
MARK SHASTANY

I’m Mark, I’m a freelance photographer and creative type from Watertown. I enjoy photographing people, drag shows, landscapes, and really whatever. I love art-shows, dancing, live music, stand-up comedy, true-crime podcasts, and sci fi, (I’m definitely a bit of a geek when it comes to that kind of stuff).
I’m an adventurous and fun-seeking person who loves to travel and wants to explore the world. I recently took up cycling and enjoy it almost as much as I dislike the gym. I am also very passionate about social justice and progressive causes, especially now, which is another reason I think this fundraiser is important.
My date package includes dinner at Mooncusser Fish House on Stuart St. and tickets to the Zeitgeist Stage Company at Boston Center for the Arts. This will be my first harbor to the bay ride, wish me luck!
SAM CHAMBERS

Born in the beautiful state of California, Sam is Mayor Walsh’s LGBTQ Liaison. In this role, not only does he advise the Mayor on LGBTQ issues, but also makes sure the community is represented at the City level.
A lover of wine, tequila and all things fun, Sam hopes to show that government can be fun and handsome. You can find Sam at some of his favorite restaurants in the South End but enjoying Boston’s art and culture scenes and wherever the fun is at!
ANDY SHORT

Andy Short is a young nonprofit executive on the rise hunty! He makes theatre to address addiction so you know he is a VERY good person.
In his spare time he enjoys longs bike rides (obvi), jumping off of things into water, and overpaying for donuts. He’s already done the therapy so you don’t have to -this is not a fixer upper boys. We’re talking fully furnished real estate! Act now!
MARTY NEE

Film director by day, dog park daddy by night, Marty feels most at ease amidst a witty conversation, or while getting sweating at the gym. Living in the South End, splitting his time between creative consulting, and cruising Cathedral on a Sunday post flag football, Marty loves nothing more than spending his free time out on the water sailing the harbor.
This proud gay man is looking for you to come. Aboard. His vessel. The ship. His ship. Sailing.
MARTIN KORINTH

Born, raised and married in Germany Martin is currently working in Massachusetts — being part of H2B is his way to say thank you to the local community for the warm welcome.
SEAN MILLER

Sean Miller is a recent transplant to Boston from Roanoke, Virginia! Sean recently was a Special Education Teacher but has transitioned working for an education nonprofit here in Boston.
In his spare time, Sean trains for different running events (10ks, half marathons, and full marathons). He also enjoys spending time outside, reading books on the T, and give back to his community through volunteering.
LUKE LENNON

Luke is a 3-time rider for H2B. He is a cat AND dog person, crossword puzzle snob, and enthusiastic amateur in hobbies such as pickling, rock climbing, and pretending to know what he’s talking about. Luke works in marketing for a non-profit.
ALEX MARCHINSKI

Alex is a witty hound-dog spirit who likes to grab life by the balls. You can occasionally find him hiking through the desert backcountry, scavenging questionable swimming holes, or foolishly disco-ing in the depths of the Jacques Cabaret Underground. Otherwise, he’s probably biking around the city’s outskirts, feeding his fragile digestive system with copious amounts of bread and vegetables or watching vintage Ru Paul videos.
He’ll tell you about how his upbringing as a flamboyant NCAA Division I diver in small-town Pennsylvania led to his passion for social justice and equity in landscape architecture. Let’s bike around town together and get into some trouble.
